Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Chipettes - Newly Available!
This is a single DVD with several episodes of Alvin & the Chipmunks which strongly feature the Chipettes, Brittany, Eleanor and Jeanette. This DVD does not contain their introduction episode, but does contain other good Chipette episodes.

The Real Ghostbusters, Vol 1 - Newly Available!
First, I have to mention that there's also a very special
collector's edition of the complete The Real Ghostbusters. That's priced for the real collectors at $180. For the rest of us, there's the normal box set. The first of the normal sets is Volume 1, containing 5 discs. The set contains two sets of season one episodes, the first being the 13 episodes aired on ABC and the second 17 of which were episodes released in syndication. There are three hours of bonus material included.

Mysterious Cities of Gold (Complete, Deluxe Set) - April 7, 2009
In this classic, young Esteban, a Spanish orphan, joins a party of Spaniards on their way to the New Word in search of the legendary Cities of Gold. Along the way, they meet fascinating people, discover the technological wonders of the Maya, Inca, and Olmec civilizations, and try to keep one step ahead of the greedy Gomez and Gaspard. This release includes the entire series. The deluxe version contains numerous extras, both on disc and in postcard, poster, and booklet form.

Smurfs Season 1, Vol. 1 - Now Available
Yes, this one was released in 2008, however I wanted to mention it in light of the somewhat disappointing 2009 Smurf DVD release. The latest release is simply a single DVD with a few selected episodes rather than part of a season collection. For you serious Smurfs lovers, the one above is the set to get rather than the
latest release, which just has a few Peewee and Johan episodes and very little of Gargamel.
